I took this while I was pregnant, before I went to see the doctor. A lot of doctors now won't see you unless there is a problem until you are 4-5 months pregnant. Studies say folic acid is important from day one of a pregnancy, so I bought my own until I saw the doctor.

I bought this because the Doctor said being late in my years and trying to concieve its a great thing to take to prevent birth defects. I have been taking it over a year now and I havent noticed any changes in my health because of it but I am happy that I followed the Doctors orders.
