I have reviewed and tried several other protein drinks and this is by far my favorite. I have taken RTD the longest and I love everything about it. It incorporates the perfect balance of taste, sugar and best of all, 50 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER SHAKE!!! This shake seemed to be less filling, too, something hard to come across in such a supplement. I usually even took them before beginning a workout instead of after. The price is great for an already mixed shake, and I have yet to come across one so cheap with 50 grams of protein. Most competitors have a maximum of 40 grams. Definetly worth the money for the muscle gains you get in return!
