The one downfall of this product is the pricing. While the taste is great and all the price is what makes me stray and go buy different nutrition product.

This product works fairly well, but the best thing about it is the taste. Doesn't create that annoying aftertaste that most mixers do. I usually took this supplement after I worked out, but didn't notice the effects I did with the supplements I took prior to working out. All in all good product, but a little pricy.
