This product is by far the fastest acting "after workout" supplement I have taken. After breaking down your muscles during a workout, this supplement helps you to feel just as energized if not moreso than you did upon entering the gym. By leaving the body quicker, and entering the muscles faster, your body seems to take on increased loads easier. Definetly worth every penny.
