Bumps up my protein intake

I'm dieting, and although I'm not necessarily doing low-carb, I *am* trying to boost my protein intake because I find I lose weight easier if I eat more protein. Some days I just can't get a good amount of protein, so I add this to a glass of milk. It tastes good and more importantly doesn't leave a bad coating or aftertaste in my mouth like some have in the past.

Date Purchased: 06/2008
Price Paid: $55
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
I know it's a healthy way to boost my protein consumption

Cons:
I hate the price, but it lasts a long time because I only use it about 3 times a week. Once I get to my goal weight I may only use it once a week.

This protein powder contains 20 grams of protein per serving. This protein powder actually tastes good unlike a lot of protein drinks. I started using this to help me build muscle, I usually drink it right after the gym.

Date Purchased: 9/2008
Price Paid: $57
Recommend: No
Pros:
The taste is good.

The amount of protein it provides in a serving.

Cons:
The price is expensive. If I was not using it for building muscle I would not spend the money.
