Gives you incredible gains in the gym. Allows you to bulk up quick, but the effects seemed to diminish after the first couple of months. I tended to put on more "water weight" as a result. Because I want more muscle mass, this product did not suit my needs. I did however get complements on my new size. Great for the smaller person who wants to put on some noticeable size.
