Of all the proteins I've ever tried, this one is definitely on top of my list of favorites. By itself with water, it's a little runny. But if you add it to a glass of skim milk and throw it in the freezer for a few minutes, it's delicious. It really DOES taste a lot like a cookies & cream milkshake. It's great for a meal replacement when you're in the mood for something sweet.
