I like this product. It provides some energy from caffeine, and some generally good stimulant foods such as cayenne. As the other reviewer stated, you don't have to take tons of pills which is really a nice thing.
This will definitely accelerate the results of your workout, as well as give you the energy to get up and get started.
Just remember to drink water! Also, there isn't any reason a woman can't take this. The packaging looks masculine, but I find that this works better for me than many of the products aimed at women because it contains fewer diuretic supplements and I dehydrate easily.

Twinlabs' Ripped Fuel is a product that I recently picked up while shopping for supplements that are designed to enhance muscle tone and definition while keeping my metabolism boosted. Luckily, Ripped Fuel combines both of these in one convenient pill.
I was pleasantly surprised that the dosage instructions suggested that I take only two pills per day, compared with some similar supplements that might require 6 pills per day! Typically I took one in the morning with breakfast and one in the afternoon just before my gym workout. Easy as that--no worrying about how many pills I still had to take or any of that business.
After taking RF for about 2 months, I can tell a definite difference in my overall tone and muscle definition after starting this supplement. While I didn't lose weight (that wasn't my intention for taking RF, your expectations may differ), I do believe that my purchase was worthwhile. Many stores sell this supplement in a twin pack, and with a $10 rebate currently offered by the manufacturer, it was a very good deal. I will definitely be buying this product in the future!
