I have tried many protein supplements over the years and this is not one of my favorites. It supplies 24g of protein per serving and mixes well in water and milk but the taste is awful. The chocolate is their but it is not of a high quality. The mint flavor is non-existent and I see no reason why it is mentioned i the product title. If you are looking for gains in muscle then this product is indeed useful. I had to use all of the container as I am not one to waste money. The flavor, however, is not god enough to make you come back for more and I will not be buying this product again. The value for money is only mediocre as there are many other protein supplements on the market at a comparable price which taste better e.g. Cytosport Complete Whey, Cocoa Bean.

Date Purchased: 1/09
Price Paid: $43
Recommend: No
Pros:
It will increase muscle mass when used as a supplement to other sources of protein.
It is quite easily mixed with water and milk

Cons:
It tastes bad
It is not good value for money
It will not encourage beginners to stick to a program of supplementation as it is quite hard to swallow
