A co-worker recommended this product to me and I have been using it for years now. Its a product made entirely of flower essences and comes in a liquid form that you drop directly under your tongue or into your food/water. It tastes really bad, but I swear it works. If used when you are stressed out, it really helps to mellow you. I would recommend this for anyone!
