When my father told me that using a combination of zinc and echinacea could ward off a cold, I had to try it. I was sick to death of head colds I caught at work. I purchased the 365 brand at my local Whole Foods (no picture available sorry!) and its a combination of the whole plant and the root. I take it with one zinc tablet anytime I start to feel a cold coming on, and 99% of the time it never comes to fruition! I would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from colds or doesn't want too anymore!
