Whenever I smell peppermint it just gives me a little pick me up boost of energy. I keep a bottle with me at home, and another at the office so when 3:00 pm hits I can stay awake and still be productive.

I read once that sucking on a peppermint candy when driving can help to keep you alert. I thought if that was true then wouldn't using peppermint essential oil as aromatherapy help to energize you? It does! I keep a vial by my bed and smell it every morning. It really wakes you up and just makes the room smell great. I would recommend this to anyone who wants that extra natural boost in the morning.
