I purchased Meijer Fiver about a year ago and it helped replace the fiber I was lacking in my poor college student's diet. It was very strong and upset my stomach on occasion but it certainly worked.

Pros:
It was effective and relieved my constipation.
Cons:
This caused stomach cramps on occassion. Drinking a lot of water with each dose helps. |

It works.

Pros:
The pill works pretty quickly. Works to restore regularity and promote normal function of the bowel.
Cons:
The pill taste horrible. You can taste it even after it has gone down. |
