Its herbal and hence has no side effects. It works great for infants stomach relief. My son used to lot of discomforts in his tummy when he was small. I bought this gripe water for him and worked very well. My son also liked its taste very much. It has ginger and fennel flavor which are great herbs and good to taste too. This gripe water has no alcohol too and very safe for little tummys.
