This product is one of the few product that actually helps decrease appetite I've found out. I took it for a month before I had to go to a wedding so I would look good in my dress, and it helped me lose all the weight I needed.

I have been taking these pills for almost a week and they do decrease appetite pretty well and provide energy for the day. These keep me from being hungry and I find it really easy to stay on my diet. Though its too early too say that I am losing fat as I have just started taking it
