Sleeping issues have plagued everyone in this household off and on over the years. So many of the products available leave us feeling groggy, foggy, or otherwise out of it the following morning. Deep Sleep doesn't do that. It works reasonably quickly, isn't habit forming, and claims it will help you re-train your sleep patterns. This is the go-to item when my son has trouble falling asleep.
We haven't tried taking it nightly as suggested so cannot comment on the altering sleeping patterns claim. Apparently it becomes even more effective by the third day.
