After hearing that zinc is a real cold suppressant and can even stop a cold from happening, I decided to try these lozenges. You are supposed to take them at the first sign of a cold. I did this and I did not get a cold! I have used these for years now and would say they are at least 80% effective at stopping a cold in its tracks if you take them soon enough. I would recommend these for everyone.
