I found this on sale at a local store when I was actually suffering from a head cold. I bought it because I felt sorry for myself and wanted to try anything to get some relief. I took it home, filled a bath full of hot water and four cap-fulls of this soak. I loved it and will buy it again when I am out. I would gladly pay the $18.00 full price for this product. It helps with sore muscles and congestion and is 100% natural in its active ingredients. I would recommend for any cold/flu sufferer.
