I originally bought this product about a year ago because a friend of mine claimed taking one or two a day would prevent you from getting sick. Lo and behold I have not gotten the slightest cold all year. I love this supplement for that reason.

I started taking this in hopes of getting better skin as it claims to rebuild cells and produce more. I havent noticed any difference yet and Ive been taking it for a little over a year. Its supposed to also aid in vision, which I havent noticed anything different.
