My wife loves this stuff. She puts it on her hands every night before bed and swears its why she has smooth soft hands and great looking nails. She has been using it since July of this year when a friend gave it to her as a gift (the price I listed is from their website). She loves that its very natural. It smells really good too! I would recommend this for anyone who wants really healthy looking hands and nails.
