I bought this when I was having persistent trouble with acne that later turned out to be rosacea...so heat will actually aggrivate that condition. Once I found that out, I returned it (to my boyfriends dismay because he loved it). So a few months later I bought him one and he uses it absolutely all the time. He does feel that it reduces the severity of his acne and sometimes prevents a pimple from fully developing. If you catch the acne before it has a chance to turn into a white head then it does seem in his case to either stop it from forming or make it less severe. however if you use it too late in the game or have whats actually a different skin condition like I do then it will do very little to help and possibly even aggrivate the situation.

Date Purchased: 4/2009
Price Paid: $180
Recommend: No
Pros:
Works if you can catch a zit in its early developing stages.

Cons:
Does not work on other forms of skin conditions like rosacea and can make it worse. It is also extremely pricey for something that doesnt essentially guarantee eliminating the acne.

Wow, what a rip off! This thing is a piece of junk and expensive too! I used it on a blemish and it did absolutely nothing. Zeno is sure making a lot of money on this dud. Don't buy it, it doesn't work!
