When I lived in a region that had huge aloe plants, we would pluck a leaf off of one to use for burns, dry hands, bug bites, etc. There are so many uses for aloe vera! This aloe vera gel is the next best thing to the actual plant.

Pros:
This gel a great substitute for the plant, itself. It works well for burns from the sun or other sources.
Cons:
It is not exactly 100% natural, as the label would suggest. It is also a little pricey compared to others.
I tried to count up how many bottles of this stuff I have stash around and gave up! I keep it in the cars, the first-aid kit, the medicine cabinet, the kitchen, the tool box etc. Anywhere and everywhere a burn can happen. When used immediately on a minor burn there is frequently little to no sign of the burn by the following day. It works almost instantly relieving pain and speeds healing significantly. Don't leave home without it! ;-)

Pros:
Inexpensive, lasts a long time, works amazing well!
Cons:
Leaves skin a little sticky until it soaks in/dries but VERY worth it.
This product is great. After just a few days of using it my skin saw a difference. I have tried many different lotions over the years and this one I like the best. It has a great smell to it and does not give you that greasy feeling that others do.
