If you have dry hands or feet or want a great exfoliating scrub, this is for you. It smells wonderful and will clear out your sinuses as you use it. I would suggest using a washcloth or bathing mitten though, as it is rough (unless you are using it for your hands). You can use it anywhere you want to smooth your skin (avoid face). I would recommend to anyone.
