I took these vitamins for a few months before settling on something else. These are great in you're looking for a tasty chewable adult muti, but the downside is that they DO have sugar in them. They taste just like gummy worms! These are a little on the pricey side, I paid $20 for them at Whole Foods, but I'm sure there are better deals out there.
