If you've been pregnant, you KNOW how hard it is to eat, much less swallow 8 horse pills a day without the gag reflex setting in. With my first pregnancy, I went on a mission to actually create a prenatal vitamin which was either liquid or chewable. I didn't find out about this product until a few months ago, now that I'm pregnant with Number Two! I really wish I'd had this the first time around!

Pros:
It's liquid! What more can I say?! You can mix it with drinks, chug it straight, or put it on ice cream! And you don't need to take a whole lot, either, to get all your vitamins in!
Cons:
As with most vitamins, I'm sure, there's a little bit of an aftertaste. I bought the tropical fruit flavored kind, and it's the only one I've bought- haven't been adventurous enough to branch out into any other flavors which may be available. Maybe next month! |
