You can't beat the price of the product compare to other similar, its a lot cheaper. Quality wise, its not as good yet give a reasonable result. I suggest to taking this vitamin if you look for cost effectiveness.

I use to take this stuff before I started taking the Optimum multivitamin max. You can't beat the price though, its a lot cheaper. Quality wise, its not as good. I suggest to anyone taking this vitamin to switch to the Optimum multivitamin max if you can afford it. If not then stick to the One a day multi-vitamin, but thats just my opinion.

This is a great Mens vitamin. Its great that they have the customized vitamins for men and women. My husband has no complaints about this vitamin except for dont take it on an empty stomach as you can get queezy.
