I have been taking these vitamins for 2 years now. The price is reasonable, and it really does help. You feel so much better. It is ranked by Mens Health as one of the best vitamins any male can take. It is not approved byt the FDA, but none of these vitamins really are. Although, if you read the label and see how much is in the vitamin, your getting your daily amount's worth.

Outstanding multi vitamin for men. I needed this for my working days, and it was recommended to me for it's excellent general improvement in the heart and prostrate.
