Since I am not taking a lot of fruits and vegetables in my daily diet, I am taking this Vitamin C supplement everyday to help boost my immune system. I think I am getting less cold nowadays, perhaps the effect from this supplement? I would recommend this to people who are having flu/cold frequently and who have less fruits or vegetables intake daily like me.

Since I tend to get colds very often, I took this supplement in the hopes that the high levels of vitamin C would keep me healthy. I didn't see any noticable effect, and the tablets were not easy to swallow.

This a good vitamin. Good brand, good price, natural. I like this product because it a large dose of vitamin c, instead of a small dose which is not effective in my eyes.

Since I cannot have citrus now, I needed a source of vitamin c and am quite satisfied with this brand. I have used it for a couple of years and whether or not it can be attributed to this vitamin, I only get one cold each year and even work with the public in retail. I will buy it again and continue to use it.
