Centrum is what I call a synthetic vitamin. Synthetic vitamins have fat soluble elements that do not come from natural sources, which can actually be toxic in some cases. This also contains magnesium stearate which is not good for the human body .

I work out a lot! This is just great for your daily dose of vitamins, I don't get sick as much as I used to. Take half before lunch and the other half at night before dinner.
