I have been taking Energen's Super Pro-Vite for almost five years and it is amazing. You only have to take it once a day and I love that it is a time released tablet, so I feel the benefits all day long. This multi has your A, D, B, C, E, folic acid, copper, iron, zinc, selenium, magnesium, potassium, and 200 mcg of chromium. I highly recommend this multi-vitamin for both men and women!
