I listened to a recent radio station and it explained that if you take an "amino acid" every day you won't get sick. I am living proof. I went to the store as a skeptic and was proven wrong of my doubts. The vitamin I have been taking for 2 years now, I have not been sick yet. Perfection in a bottle.
