Great for your heart. My grandfather survived a heart attack late last year. Since then he's take one pill a day. It's really helped with his health and mobility. Most of the other men in our family have began using this product.

Omega 3 is good supposed to protect the heart. The dosing is once daily. Very easy to swallow. Can take with a multivitamin.
