My younger brother was telling me about this. I personally have never tried it. I don't know if I would either. He says he's been using it for the past 3 months now. It seems kind of safe, but I'd rather stay fit the natural way. Besides its too expensive.

I have not personally tried this product, but having worked out regularly in a gym, the gym rats there discuss every product under the sun. Body Ripped is usually mentioned, and one particular friend gave it very good reviews. Results included increased pump in the gym, and lasting results after stopping the protein
