My husband and I have both enjoyed Maca from time to time. It is not something either one of us takes on an on-going basis. It works to improve the hormonal balance. In the process, it does jump one's libido. I first tried it while he was away for a couple of weeks. Finally stopped as I missing him too much! LOL Now we turn to it when life has been winning and personal enjoyment has slipped into the background.
