I've been using these pills for a couple years now and being a young adult I feel like they are very beneficial to my health. I am a picky eater and I know that I don't get all the nutrients and vitamins that I should be getting. I've never experienced any problems with this brand. It seems to be a good source of supplemental vitamins.

Feel healthy and strong. Smooth outer shell of pill helps to make it easier to swallow even though it is big.
Cons:
The pill is huge and sometimes difficult to swallow. Sometimes a bad aftertaste. |
