If you would like help falling asleep early without the typical side effects, try out some Melatonin, nature's sleep inducer. You won't experience the hang over effect, as you will with most other over the counter sleep aides. On average, you'll expect to pay about $6 per bottle.

Date Purchased: 06/2006

Pros:
cheap, natural, healthy, no side effects

Cons:
a relatively mild sleep inducer, will need to optimize dosage for your body mass

After Heart surgery my sleep pattern were really messed up. i didn't want to take anything adictive so I decided to try thye Melatonin. It was a great choice. I can take one and in 20 minutes I'm sleepy and sleep through for at least 4 hours and find it easy to get back to sleep. I have no hangover form it and am now a happy camper
