Two family doctors and one cardiologist all ask me the same question "do you take fish oil?". They all spoke of the various wonderful things that fish oil has been known to help with including circulation, joint health and mood.
I have rarely missed a day of taking fish oil for the last 3 years! I suggest it to my friends and find it funny their doctors have suggested it to them as well.

it is said that Fish Oil supports the brain, heart, joint, eyes, nervous system function, and it helps you to have beautiful, healthy looking skin. I believe what is said about it

My doctor ordered me to begin taking this. I am seriously deficient in vitamin D, and she has me on this PLUS vitamin D supplements. It's too early to get lab results, but I think she knows what she's talking about it. If she said I need it, I need it.
