I took this for the major pain I was having in my knee. I could hardly walk without dragging my foot behind me. I started taking this product and within the month the pain almost disappeared and my limp was gone.
This seem to work on a culmulative basis so you must keep taking it. I had my knee replaced and still take it , just in case.
