This is another whey I bought in anticipation of my weight loss surgery. I will never again in my life be able to eat chocolate candy or chocolate ice cream. But I can have all the double rich chocolate whey I can stuff down my throat, and know that it's pure nutrition. Right now my intestines are held together with staples. My official diet doesn't contain enough protein to promote healing. I'm supplementing it.

I bought this for my husband to use when he started exercising. He tends to skip breakfast so I got him to drink this in the morning as a breakfast drink. He thought it was filling and tasted good. It is convenient and helped him get extra protein. It is very expensive in comparison to other brands. I found another brand at Walmart that is very similar but much cheaper.

It tastes pretty good, but I didn't like how many sugars it contained, in relation to how much protein it has. It's not bad, especially for the price, but there's better products out there.
