I would recommend this product to anyone starting out on supplements. I purchased Cell Tech last year and used it for about six months. I saw great results, this along with creatine works great. Make sure to drink lots of water while taking it. I found it on the GNC website for $56 - $80 for a 5 pound container. If you can afford to keep purchasing it, it works great.
