Thanks to doctors Oz and Roizen. I learned that lycopene found in tomatoes are great for you. The could not stop singing the praises of it. It's best in cooked tomatoes and the body absorbs it better if you include olive oil. On the days I'm not eating an Italian dish I include this in be diet. It does wonders for the cells.

After reading studies about the various benefits of a lycopene supplement I decided to give this a try.

Provides you with an essential phytochemical that can help promote a healthy heart and prostate.

Much more expensive than simply improving your diet.

My doctor told me to make sure that I have enough Lycopene in my diet. Tomatoes are a great source of Lycopene so I've been trying to making things with tomato sauce in it daily. On days that I don't have time to cook, I use this product to ensure that I get enough Lycopene and it's been working out great. It is wonderful to have an alternative source of Lycopene than just tomatoes.

Date Purchased: 5/2008
Price Paid: $17
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Great source of Lycopene.
