I have used creatine on and off for many years. Kre-Alkalyn is the best I've tried. Others seem to leave me burnt out after four or five hours.

This product works fairly well in comparison to many other creatine supplements I've taken, many of which contain protein as well. The instant energy boost and long lasting effects caught my attention the most. Although the energy effects were instant, the lasting mass results seemed to diminish after a few months.

Kre-Alkalyn..zero loading..zero cycling and zero side effects. What other creatine does that???
