Used this for preventing swelling of the knees from running. If i didn't take this my knees would swell up after running, but while taking it it helped with any pain and swelling.

I took this for the major pain I was having in my knee. I could hardly walk without dragging my foot behind me. I started taking this product and within the month the pain almost disappeared and my limp was gone.

This seem to work on a culmulative basis so you must keep taking it. I had my knee replaced and still take it , just in case.
