I've used this product only once, and even though I wasn't completely dissatisfied with it, I'm not sure if I can recommend it, as I've had better effects from completely different products on the market.

This product works fairly well in comparison to many other creatine supplements I've taken, many of which contain protein as well. The instant energy boost and long lasting effects caught my attention the most. Although the energy effects were instant, the lasting mass results seemed to diminish after a few months.
