I love the calcium softgels by Nature's Life. Each softgel also has magnesium, zinc, copper and vitamin D-3 for healthy bones and teeth. You get the calcium plus the extra support for healthy calcium metabolism. My whole family takes these softgels and even though the softgels are quite large, my younger siblings have learned to take them because they know that it's good for their bodies. These are great to take when you have muscle cramps too. They help with the pain.
