I am a Tennis player and I have had a great deal of joint pain over the years from all of the wear and tear on my body. This GNC product was recommended to me and it has been great.

GNC Omega-3 Soft Chews - Citrus Flavor is recommended for my brother who is an athletic by his fitness expert. Whenever he feels there is some problem with his joints, he will chew GNC Omega and also enjoy its flavor. My brother is recommending GNC Omega for his friends and co athletes.

One of my local GNCs had these out for samples and I decided to give them a try. The flavor is pretty good for a chewable, but after buying them I got tired of the aftertaste, ditching them for the capsules (I break these up into shakes). I still use these every now and then for a change in pace. These are great for people that can't tolerate the bigger pills.

My doctor has been trying to get me to take Omega-3 supplements for my joints. I've tried several times and I've always been plagued by stomach upset or fishy breath. I bought these a few months back and I love them-- no side effects or bad breath :)
