I bought this calcium supplement at Dollar General--the problem is I was tricked into as they had it in the wrong slot and I was going to get the generic. It is a pretty good calcium supplement and the pills are smooth. Caltrate also contains vitamin D for those who need it. It likely does some good, as the doctor said my bones looked healthy on the x-ray, but joints are likely another story.
