This product does the job of what more expensive Glucosamine supplements do. Taking it gives me relief from some of the arthritis pain I feel. The only bad thing is I buy it from Dollar Tree, so if the local store runs out, it's hard to find.
I usually take one of these tablets a day along with another Glucosamine supplement. It's very good to have something that works for my pain!
