Lecithin granules give us more bang for our buck than anything else we take in our household. We started playing with it for cholesterol issues (which it does help!) but found our energy levels increased and our minds became sharper/clearer. We toss some into an energy drink, sprinkle it on salads, over a casserole (right before serving) etc. It's taste is light enough I've even sprinkled it on popcorn (tasted fine but the texture wasn't quite right). This is the stuff that makes Pam cooking spray work! In fact, Pam has an Olive Oil formula out (with only olive oil and lecithin) which we use to 'butter' our popcorn to allow cinnamon etc. to stick.

Date Purchased: Religiously for the last three years
Price Paid: $10
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Helps with cholesterol. Some indications it can help stop further plaque buildup in arteries (though I'm still looking for a non-flawed study to rely upon). Increases energy level, increases brain clarity. Cheap, low flavor, can be used in many ways.

Cons:
Texture isn't quite right for a popcorn topping, and that's absolutely the worst thing I can say about it! LOL
