I tend to agree that since taking I have noticed that my general health seems to be great. As far as the bad taste goes, I have not noticed that if I take too long to swallow the pill I will get the bad taste. I take several different pills a day, and start off by taking this one. Swallowed first, taking the rest gets rid of any bad taste in my mouth.

Before becoming vegetarian, I used to take these on the advice of my doctor. I did not get a lot of seafood in my diet at the time because I am allergic to shellfish and never really liked fish that much. I took it to boost the good fats in my diet and it worked well. I agree with a previous poster that they did smell badly though.

I used to take this pill every day for 5 years and i have to say I'm still healthy because of it. Even though the taste and smell aren't that great, it really helps your health.

I tried this product because I heard it was great brain food. I couldn't swallow the pill- it was so huge. I almost threw up when I finally was able to swallow it. I only took it once and that was enough for me. It gave me bad breath and it smelled horrendous.

Good stuff. I have read many articles about the values of fish oils in your diet. So I decided to try Nature Mades fish oil tablets. Very good product. at a decent price
